Mailing tabs / wafer seals are available in a "Crystal Clear" finish polystyrene stock with pressure sensitive self-adhesive. Choose from 0.75", 1", 1.5", 2" and 3" diameter circles, with or without perforations.
Our wafer seals and mailing tabs are designed to work both as hand applied (see our selection of manual [DISPENSERBOXESLINK]) and also to run trouble free in high speed automatic tabbing and mailing machines. We take great care to make sure our cutting dies are not set too deep, which can cause the liner paper to fracture, which is the most common cause of web breaks (and production manager headaches!) in automatic application equipment.
